Iuris Legal, has been established by Chartered Accountant Saurabh Singhal and Advocate Rajini Gupta in Delhi/ NCR with a vision to create a benchmark in quality professional services in Indirect Taxation in India. In addition to the usual consulting, audits, compliance support, and representation services under indirect taxes, firm has added Civil Law practise and Import Licensing practise to its service kitty.

The firm has unique distinction of having one of its founders as part of Knowledge Team for Goods & Service Tax Network Company (GSTN), the company responsible for developing IT infrastructure for GST Law. One of the founder of the firm is also a national faculty for indirect taxes with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Founders of the firm are also co-authors of various articles published in renowned journals and websites, besides contributing to journals of various associations and teaching at ICAI Certificate course and professional bodies.
