Assam VAT - Extension of Timelines

Time limit extended upto 30th September 2020, for any compliance or completion of any action namely filing of any appeal, reply or application or furnishing of any document, issuance of any notice, passing of any order falling within the duration of 20th March 2020 to 20th June 2020, with few exceptions.

Validity of FORM-61 (Delivery Note) and FORM-62 (Trip Sheet) generated under Rule 41 of Assam VAT Rule extended till 30th June 2020.
