CBIC Clarifies: No Recoveries for past period w.r.t Int on delayed GST payment vide Not No.63/2020

CBIC Clarifies that Notification No. 63/2020 dated 25th Aug 2020 for interest applicable on net GST liability through Electronic Cash Ledger has been issued prospectively on account of some technical limitations; CBIC assures that No recoveries shall be made for the past period by CGST & SGST authorities in line with 39th GST Council meet.
