Chhattisgarh: Extension for assessment of FY 16-17 & 17-18

Period for completion of every such assessment proceeding under the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005, Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 and Chhattisgarh Sthaniya Kshetra Me Mal ke Pravesh Par Kar Adhiniyam, 1976 has been extended.

Assessment proceedings in respect of every dealer, which is pending before the Assistant Commissioners of Commercial Tax, Commercial Tax Officers and Assistant Commercial Tax Officers for the assessment years 2016-17 & 2017-18 have been extended till 30th September, 2021 and 30th December, 2021 respectively.
