Govt. of NCT of Delhi has reconstituted Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR) with immediate effect constituting Dr. Abhishek Chandra Gupta as member Centre and Dr. Franklin Laltinkhuma (IAS) as member State.
This comes in the background of Hon’ble Delhi High Court in the case of Pernod Ricard requesting the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor to take up the matter on priority basis and process the nomination received from the CBIC at the earliest.
