Extension of timelines – NAPA order’s

Time limit for completion and/or compliance of any action by National Anti-Profiteering Authority (NAPA), falling during the period 20th Mar 2020 to 29th Nov 2020, extended up to 30th Nov 2020.

NAPA is required to pass order within 6 months from the date of receipt of the report from Director General of Anti-profiteering.
