Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court has issued notice to Central Government on the issue of Department classifying a Business Process Outsourcing unit, as an ‘Intermediary’ and not as an ‘exporter’ under the GST system, based on the Circular which has been rescinded ab-initio.
