Circular No. 932/2020 issued by Gujarat High Court has instructed the subordinate courts to start judicial functioning through video conference hearing and soft filing of the matters. For the interest of Justice and smooth virtual functioning of Tribunal, following instructions are issued- (i) Soft Filing of the matters. (E-Filling)
(ii) Video Conference Hearing - All the stakeholder will have to install the zoom application in their smartphone/Laptop /desktop with internet connectivity.
(iii) Time of Virtual Hearing - Virtual hearing of Tribunal will be conducted during office hours for all working days except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
