Online Module for Adjudication, Appeal, Review proceedings under Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 and Foreign Trade (Regulation) Rules, 1993 has been notified by the DGFT. Previously, review and appeal against orders passed by regional authority office were offline.
The above development acquires relevance in view of the recent increase in cases of rejection of Foreign Trade Benefit applications.
