Hon’ble CESTAT held that cheque bounce charges and order cancellation charges charged by automobile dealer from customers are not liable to service tax.
Hon’ble CESTAT also held that incentives made by automobile manufacturers to dealers on account of promotional activities undertaken by dealers is also not liable to service tax.
