Transfer of leasehold rights amounts to supply of services

Tamil Nadu AAR has held that transfer of leasehold rights after obtaining the approval of the lessor amounts to an activity of ‘agreeing to do an act’ against a consideration. GST shall be payable on the same @ 18% under the head ‘Other Miscellaneous Services’ with SAC 9997
